How to apply pad 1. Wash hands 2.Remove the pad from its wrapper and remove the paper covering the adhesive back. 3.Press the sticky side onto the crotch/bridge of your underwear. 4.Change pads frequently, ideally every 3 to 4 hours 5. Remove the used pad, roll it up in tissue paper and throw in bin (never into the toilet) 6. Wash your hands before and after changing products.
